If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, simply return it within two weeks (14) days of receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the items are in perfect condition and have all their original sales receipt, labeling and packaging.

– We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and disposing of any original packaging.

We strictly do not accept product returns that are:
a) Altered items
b) Used items
c) Items bought on Sale
d) Washed items

For hygienic purposes, some products are non-returnable:
a) All lingerie and any swimwear missing the garment protector are not returnable.

b) Holiday and seasonal theme merchandise are not accepted if received less than 14 days prior to holiday.

c) Please be aware that “runway pieces”… have been worn in fashion shows, are unique items and may not be in perfect condition. However, “runway pieces” are non-refundable. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions.

– The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. A tracking number and link can generally be created via UPS/FedEx.

– Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning it is at your expense. We can only refund original postage costs or delivery/shipping charges if items have a manufacturing defect and are received within 14 days of order. Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 14 days will not be accepted.

– All shipping cost are non-refundable, except for returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defect. Any custom made product or altered by customer request is non-refundable. – We can only accept returns of Moontess products that were purchased from moontess.com, we cannot accept returns of Moontess products that were purchased from another online shop or retail store through our site.
